Onitsuka Tiger for Audi TT Final Edition

Onitsuka Tiger announces exclusive shoes in a collaboration with a limited edition model of Audi’s premium compact sportscar, the Audi TT Coupé Final Edition.

A total of 200 Audi TT Coupé Final Edition cars are being produced. 50 are being sold online via pre-order, 25 in tango red and 25 in turbo blue. 50 pairs of limited Audi/Onitsuka Tiger collaboration sneakers are offered as a premium to those who contract online.

The uppers of the shoes are made of high-quality Japanese leather, with the embroidered Onitsuka Tiger stripe creating a refined impression. On the sides, metal parts form the TT logo, while the cloth parts on the heels employ hues modeled after the online limited colors tango red and turbo blue.

The unique, thin and stylish sole is inspired by driving shoes as well as by wrestling shoes and other styles of the 1970s. The mid-sole is composed of material of superb resilience while, in the pursuit of comfort, the insole uses material with outstanding cushioning properties.

The Audi TT premium compact sports car is a third-generation model that has continuously evolved since its launch as an Audi design icon model in 1998. The originality of the TT’s design has greatly influenced the styling of compact coupés around the world. While reflecting the individuality the TT has featured since its introduction a quarter of a century ago, this iteration turns the page in the model’s final chapter.
