【The second KANSAI YAMAMOTO × ISETAN Shinjuku collaboration】MEXICO SLIP-ON DELUXE is now on sale!

The second KANSAI YAMAMOTO × ISETAN Shinjuku collaboration is on sale starting from Wednesday April 8 in the limited period shop “KANSAI” on the 1st floor of ISETAN Shinjuku.

The keywords for KANSAI YAMAMOTO × ISETAN Shinjuku’s collaboration were Primitive × Modern. In order to execute this project, fashion director Sota Yamaguchi was brought in as a creative director.

This was a special project that incorporated the unique world of renowned designer Yamamoto, and Yamaguchi’s young fashion sensibility.
 

Onitsuka Tiger timed the launch of MEXICO SLIP-ON DELUXE with project “HELLO ISTANBUL! (Started in October 2010) that celebrates 90th years of diplomatic relations between Japan and Turkey, and promotes cultural exchange and human resources development. This item has a digital print of ELECTRIC KABUKI CITY (Neon sign × mirage), which is considered as a symbol of Japan. This shoe can be worn with or without laces.
