ASICS ships Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

We deliver to mainland Australia and Tasmania and offer FREE* shipping on orders over $199 to these regions.

OneASICS Member Exclusive: Free Shipping on all orders

Orders will be delivered without signature. If you’re not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. Download the AusPost app to improve your delivery experience. Once shipped you can change your preference and delivery options via your MyPost account.

Carrier Information & Shipping Restriction

Our carrier, AusPost, does not deliver to the following locations:

  • Locked Bags
  • GPO Boxes

  • Airports

  • Prisons

Accordingly, any orders nominating these locations as the shipping address will be rejected and the products not sent or delivered. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver products to any locations.

If your order is being delivered to a Hospital please ensure the suite number, level/floor and/or ward location is included in the first delivery address line.

Billing & Credit Card Details

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.

Upon placing your order, your credit card may show that your purchase is pending prior to shipping. If for any reason the credit card transaction for your order does not proceed then any temporary authorisations placed on your card should expire or become void in 5-7 business days. 

Cancelling & Modifying Orders

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. The shipping address cannot be changed once submitted. If you have questions about making a return please go to our returns information page

International Billing & Shipping

We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to the Torres Strait Islands or Christmas Island.

We only accept payment from credit cards and accounts issued within Australia. If you have placed an online order with an overseas card, your order will be rejected.
