At ASICS, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from our online store. To assist you in the returns process, we have set out the ASICS Online Purchase Returns Policy and Returns Process below.
Please refer to the Terms of Sale on this Site for the meaning of capitalised words and expressions not otherwise defined in this document.
Subject to the terms and conditions that follow below you may return an Online Purchase for the following reasons:
We have temporarily extended our 30 day returns period. Any online ASICS (asics.com) purchases made after 02 March 2020 have an extended 45 day returns period.
Online orders can now be returned at selected ASICS stores (excludes Outlet stores). Please see our store locator for your closest store and store hours.

Change of mind returns
Returning an item or a size that you ordered but no longer want is a change of mind.
If you wish to return an Online Purchase due to change of mind, it must be:

All other returns
If you have purchased an item/s at an ASICS store, including factory outlets, all returns will need to be returned in store. See in-store Conditions of Sale here.
If you have purchased an item/s online at asics.com/au/en-au you are able to return your item/s via either

Return an item
Please note - This is not a pre-paid label to return your Online Purchase. After printing your packing slip you will need to select and make the necessary arrangements with your preferred carrier (such as Australia Post) and pay the cost of returning the Online Purchase to ASICS. Please place the packing slip in your parcel to avoid any processing delays. If you don't have access to a printer, please include the RMA number and Order number on the parcel and on a piece of paper inside the parcel. Products returned are sent via your own cost and risk. Please return all packaging supplied with the product being returned.
