Returns

At ASICS, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from our online store. To assist you in the returns process, we have set out the ASICS Online Purchase Returns Policy and Returns Process below.

Please refer to the Terms of Sale on this Site for the meaning of capitalised words and expressions not otherwise defined in this document.

Subject to the terms and conditions that follow below you may return an Online Purchase for the following reasons: 

  • You have changed your mind about the product; or 
  • The product does not match your order; or 
  • The product has a fault. 

Returns Policy

We have temporarily extended our 30 day returns period. Any online ASICS (asics.com) purchases made after 02 March 2020 have an extended 45 day returns period.

Online orders can now be returned at selected ASICS stores (excludes Outlet stores). Please see our store locator for your closest store and store hours.

If you are having difficulty getting to a store or post office to return your order please contact our customer service team here.

Please note: 

  • We do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased. 
  • All return requests must be approved by ASICS before they are returned (as per the Returns Process below). 

Change of mind returns 

Returning an item or a size that you ordered but no longer want is a change of mind. 

If you wish to return an Online Purchase due to change of mind, it must be:

  • The original Online Purchase
  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging, boxes and tags intact
  • In a new saleable condition
  • Returned within 30 days of when you received the order

All other returns 

  • If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact customer service click here. A customer service representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. 
  • If you have received an item that you consider is faulty, please click here, and fill out the form. A claims representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. 

Purchased In-store

If you have purchased an item/s at an ASICS store, including factory outlets, all returns will need to be returned in store. See in-store Conditions of Sale here.

Purchased Online

If you have purchased an item/s online at asics.com/au/en-au you are able to return your item/s via either 

  1. Returning In-store - Return to an ASICS store (excludes factory outlets). 

OR

  1. Returning online - click ‘Return an Item’ link below and follow the steps to lodge your return and print out your packing slip. 

Return an item

Please note - This is not a pre-paid label to return your Online Purchase. After printing your packing slip you will need to select and make the necessary arrangements with your preferred carrier (such as Australia Post) and pay the cost of returning the Online Purchase to ASICS. Please place the packing slip in your parcel to avoid any processing delays. If you don't have access to a printer, please include the RMA number and Order number on the parcel and on a piece of paper inside the parcel. Products returned are sent via your own cost and risk. Please return all packaging supplied with the product being returned.

 

Verification

Once ASICS receives the Online Purchase product and verifies that the product accords with the description of the problem or issue you supplied, ASICS will: 

  • If the product is returned due to change of mind and the product meets the policy criteria above for change of mind returns as determined by ASICS, you will receive a refund for this product. The shipping fee that you pay to return the change of mind Online Purchase is non-refundable. If the product is returned due to change of mind and the product does not meet the policy criteria above as determined by ASICS, the product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS. 
  • If the product is returned due to fault and is deemed faulty as determined by ASICS, the product will be refunded and all freight and handling charges will be borne by ASICS. 
  • If the product is returned due to a fault and is not deemed to be faulty as determined by ASICS, the product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS.
  • Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. 
  • ASICS will endeavour to complete the verification process within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned products. If you fail to obtain written authorisation from ASICS to return a product ASICS will not process your request. The product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be borne by ASICS. 

 
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the request meets all necessary criteria as requested and disclosed to ASICS customer service and complies with our Returns Process (above).
