WHAT’S THE COST?
DUE TO THE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SHIPPING ANY ORDERS TO MAHARASHTRA. THERE WILL BE DELAY IN SHIPPING ORDERS FOR THE REST OF INDIA.YOUR SAFETY IS OUR CONCERN. PLEASE STAY SAFE.
We deliver throughout India, Monday-Saturdays, excluding India Public holidays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
- Shipping addresses outside of India
- P.O Boxes
- Military areas
- Government offices
- Airports
- Shipyards
- Schools, Hostels & Colleges

Working days are Mondays to Sundays, 1030 to 2130 IST, excluding public holidays in India.
Please expect slight delays in delivery during sales and promotional periods.
COURIER INFORMATION
Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.
All deliveries in India are made through reputed courier companies, and you can track the status of your delivery through their websites with the shipment tracking number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or under “Shipment Details” in “My Orders” under “My Account”. For further information, contact our Customer Care.
In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates.
In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (eg. torn, with holes etc), please reject shipment(s) from the courier company.
BILLING, CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS DETAILS
To ensure on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure the delivery address is entered correctly.
Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank and incorrect delivery address will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
