All the style of our iconic ULTIMATE 81™ EX model, now available with a glossy, high-density nylon upper. The combination of classic style with high quality material creates a refined look with a beautiful finish. In addition, 3M™ Thinsulate™, a highly functional cotton lining with excellent heat retention, is used as an inner for the upper, making this style warm and comfortable to wear even in severely cold weather. Originally launched in 1981, the ULTIMATE 81™ model was a high-spec sports shoe that incorporated advanced technology for superior performance. In celebration of its 40th anniversary, we introduce the ULTIMATE 81 EX style. While paying homage to its namesake in characteristic design, we have modernized the ULTIMATE 81™ EX shoe with “alternative cushion” holes beneath the heel and a TPU heel protector for improved stability.
