We deliver throughout Vietnam, Monday-Saturdays, excluding Vietnam Public holidays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
- Shipping addresses outside of Vietnam
- P.O Boxes
- Military areas
- Government offices
- Airports
- Shipyards
- Selected districts of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu, Bình Thuận, Đà Nẵng, Hải Phòng, Khánh Hòa, Kiên Giang, Quảng Nam, Quảng Ninh and Quảng Trị, that are:

COURIER INFORMATION

Our goal is to deliver within the above mentioned times. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local public holidays.
All deliveries in the Vietnam are made through Giao Hang Tiet Kiem, and you can track the status of your delivery through their website (https://i.ghtk.vn) with the shipment tracking number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email or under “Shipment Details” in “My Orders” under “My Account”. For further information, contact our Customer Care.
In exceptional circumstances, please note that you may receive your order in multiple shipments and on different dates.
In the event of any signs of severely damaged packaging (eg. torn, with holes etc), please reject shipment(s) from the courier company.
BILLING, CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS DETAILS
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please also ensure delivery address is entered correctly.
Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank and incorrect delivery address will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Any temporary authorizations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in approximately 7 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank.
CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.
SALES INVOICE
ASICS shall issue Sales Invoice relating to the Merchandise purchased and shall provide a copy of such Sales Invoice together with such Merchandise. The Customer will receive the Sales Invoice from the Door-to-door delivery service provider.
