How to Place An Order

The Customer may place an Order on the condition that the Customer:

(i) provides his/her correct name and address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information;

(ii) provides a delivery address that is located in Vietnam

(iii) is the owner or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card to buy the Products, if paying with a debit/credit card.

The Customer will be provided with an opportunity to review his/her Order(s)in his/her registered Onitsuka Tiger account, and check the total price of his/her Order(s) and the information he/she has provided

Step 1:

Select one or more products you wish to purchase:

•   Choose product color or size (if applicable)

•   Select the desired quantity

•   Click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”

An Order is placed by clicking on the "Add to Cart"/ “Quick Purchase” button and proceeding to the checkout page.

Step 2:

Click on the cart icon (top right corner) and review the items you wish to purchase.

You may choose to log in to your Onitsuka Tiger account or continue as a guest.

Step 3:

Enter complete shipping information: full name, address, and phone number.

*Note: Enter a promo code (if available) to receive product discounts. Promo codes may be advertised via email, website banners, the site, or fanpage and are applicable to specific products or promotional periods.

Step 4:

Review your order details in order summary at the top right corner and complete your purchase.

Select a payment method:

•  Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

•  Bank Account / ATM Card

•  QR Code Payment

Click “Place Order”

By clicking the “Place Order” button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Step 5:

Review your order details after complete your purchase.

Once the Website receives the Order, Onitsuka Tiger will send an email to Customer via the email address that they provided (the “Order Placement Email”). This will be done as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Order Placement Email will acknowledge receipt of the Order(s) and set out details of the ordered Merchandise. This Order Placement Email does not constitute an acceptance of Customer’s Order(s) – only a confirmation that the Website has received it.

Onitsuka Tiger will check whether the ordered Merchandise is in stock. Onitsuka Tiger will then pick and pack the Order(s) via its retail stores, area of operations or warehouse and mark the order as “Shipment Created”. As soon as the status is changed to Shipment Created, the delivery partner will receive a notification from Onitsuka Tiger to collect the Order(s). The Customer will also be sent a separate email notifying the Customer of the confirmation of the Order (the “Shipment Created Email”). The delivery partner will then proceed to deliver the relevant package(s) to the relevant Customer.
