Onitsuka Tiger’s standard bomber jacket with an updated pattern. The outer material is simple, while the liner features a graphic of two tigers looking back over their shoulders interleaved with the “八” (hachi) character from the name of brand founder Kihachiro Onitsuka. This piece tells a story, with a pattern of sansevieria flowers (also known as “tiger’s tail”) spread over an Onitsuka Tiger background, while an embroidered graphic of two tigers facing off on the left breast adds a distinctive accent. The jacket employs a high-density matte fabric to offset the sheen of the polyester, and has a slightly thinner feel that standard bomber jackets, proving that even old standards can keep up with the trends.
