60-Day Free Returns;

Merchandise purchased on onitsukatiger.com may be returned for a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase if it meets the conditions in our Returns policy.

DOES MY ONEASICS™ MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

Your OneASICS™ membership will not expire but you may be asked to acknowledge any changes to the privacy policy or terms and conditions, which will be explained in clear and concise language.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE ONEASICS™ PROGRAM?

You can register online at onitsukatiger.com.

Create a free account by going to the registration page here. If you have an existing account with ASICS or the Runkeeper™ or ASICS Studio™ apps, Please make sure to use the same email address and password. You’ll have one account to access each ASICS brand. 

HOW DO I DELETE MY ONEASICS™ ACCOUNT?

Please make sure you are logged in to the account you would like to delete. You can then delete your account by going to “Personal Details” and unregistering.
