HOW DO I USE/REDEEM A PROMOTION CODE?

If you have an Onitsuka Tiger promotion code, you can enter it while viewing your shopping cart.

  1. Click the "VIEW CART" button.
  2. Locate the "ENTER PROMO CODE" section above "SUBTOTAL".
  3. Enter the promo code in the box using capital letters and including dashes.
  4. Click “Apply”.

The promotion code discount will be reflected in the TOTAL amount and below each eligible product if the code is accepted.

If you are having issues with the promotion code, review the terms and conditions to ensure the code can be applied to the specific product(s) you are purchasing.

You may also contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-233-3122 and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are unable to apply the promotion code after the order has been placed.


HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return, please see to our return information page or call Customer Care at 1-855-233-3122 during normal business hours.


WHAT IS A TEMPORARY AUTHORIZATION CHARGE?

When placing an order, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card for $1 more than the purchase total of your order. The purpose of a pre-authorization is to verify your card is valid and your account balance is sufficient. Please be assured, this is not an actual charge. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution – generally 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, the full amount of your order will be charged to your credit card.


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We gladly accept online returns within 60 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. Onitsukatiger.com does not currently offer exchanges. We are only able to process returns for items purchased on onitsukatiger.com. If you would like to return an item please request a return label on our website. You may also choose not to use our return label and submit your return via a prepaid, insured carrier of your choice to the address below. Please include your packing slip or order # and send via traceable mail to:

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once received, please allow up to two business days for your return to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. It may take longer for the change to reflect in your monthly printed statement, up to two billing cycles.

WHY DO WE USE RFID TECHNOLOGY IN SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS?

ASICS applies RFID tags to some products for operational efficiency and product management. The RFID tags do not carry or store any personal data which could identify individual customers to us. We only store product specific information such as the product code on the RFID tag. This information is not linked to a customer, or to customer transactions.
