We want you to be happy with our products but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or there is an issue with your purchase, here’s what to do.
  • How to do your return - ASICS and Ontisuka Tiger

    1. Complete the return form and place it with your return items in the package
    2. Seal the package well and stick the prepaid return label on the outside
    3. Take your return to your nearest drop off point. Please check your return form to identify which courier your order was sent with.

    Drop off the package at your local UPS Drop-off point. We recommend that you request a receipt of the postage. If you are unsure of your nearest drop-off location, please visit www.ups.com/dropoff.

    4. After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed and your refund is being issued - this can take another 3-5 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, and the amount will include the cost of the product and any VAT.

  • How to do your return - ASICS Outlet

    1. Complete the return form and place it with your return items in the package.

    2. Create and print your prepaid return label by clicking the button below.

    3. Seal the package well and stick the prepaid return label on the outside.

    4. Take your return to your nearest drop off point. Please check your return label to identify which courier your order will be returned with.

    5. After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days.   • Online return policy

    You can return your online order for 30 days from the date you receive it, provided the goods are in their original condition. Please make sure that:

    • All tags/labels are still attached to the product
    • The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
    • The product is in its original packaging

    Please make sure you include the Returns Form that you received with your package and fill in the reason for the return. We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.

  • Return policy for OneASICS members

    OneASICS™ members have a 90-day trial on all footwear, apparel and accessories bought on asics.com (does not apply on outlet.asics.com and onitsukatiger.com).

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return footwear, apparel or accessories with or without original tags. You can apply to be a OneASICS member for free here

  • Return policy for in-store purchases

    If you wish to return product(s) bought from a shop or retailer, you will be best assisted by contacting the shop or retailer directly.

  • Exchanges

    Unfortunately it is not currently possible to exchange goods bought on ASICS, ASICS Outlet and Onitsuka Tiger (including for different sizes or colours). You will need to return the item, receive a refund and place a new order for a different size or colour.

  • Wrong / faulty products

    • If you received the wrong product, please return the product and tick "wrong item" in the return form and place a new order.

    • if you received a faulty product, please return the product and tick "faulty" in the return form and place a new order.

    • if you are missing an item in your order contact us immediately. Our business hours are 0800 to 1200 Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays.
