This series, named “DENIVITA,” combines “DENIM” with the Italian word for life, “vita.” It reflects the brand’s desire for people to live a brightly colored and vibrant life with Onitsuka Tiger’s denim. Focusing on high-quality, Japanese-made denim, this unique series features iconic colors and designs that turn everyday moments into something special.
The debut SS25 season features a timeless and unique style that merges elements of rock and classic aesthetics. The series will be available at selected Onitsuka Tiger stores and online worldwide, excluding Japan, starting January 24, 2025. In Japan, it will be available from January 29.
This series emphasizes quality and craftsmanship, utilizing Japanese-made denim fabrics. A unique dyeing process is employed to infuse the essence of Onitsuka Tiger and enhance the uniqueness of denim.
The series includes various denim items, such as straight and wide silhouette pants, skirts, and jackets. Notably, the denim pieces in the brand’s iconic yellow color are created by carefully bleaching the base indigo blue fabric and then over-dyeing it with yellow dye. This process allows for a distinctive color that highlights the yellow while retaining the depth of the indigo blue.
Beyond denim, the series features a range of apparel items that shine with simplicity and individuality. Sweatshirts and T-shirts are meticulously printed one by one by Japanese artisans, utilizing a double printing process that adds thickness and depth to the ink, creating a three-dimensional effect in the designs.
Additionally, the lineup includes unique 2-in-1 items that combine sheer and rib-knit fabrics, as well as soft-touch knitwear, all designed to complement the denim items and provide versatile styling options from casual to elegant.
The “DENIVITA” series will be available at selected Onitsuka Tiger stores and online worldwide, excluding Japan, starting January 24, 2025. In Japan, it will be available from January 29.
