【REPORT】Ai Takahashi tries making a NIPPON MADE custom order!

Nippon Made’s special custom order service launched January 23rd only at Onitsuka Tiger Omotesando NIPPON MADE.
Ai Takahashi was there first thing to try making an order!

The MEXICO 66 DELUXE is used for the design base.

While listening to the staff’s instructions, she gradually builds the shoe design she has in mind.

The customizable parts are the uppers, Onitsuka Tiger stripe, reinforcing materials, insole, outersole, and laces.

You can choose from three types of material for the uppers, smooth, textured, or suede.

There are two kinds of laces, round and flat, and each comes in ten different colors.

Also, you can get embroidery on the left and right sides of the heel.
Choose from lettering in Katakana, Hiragana, English, numbers, and some different symbols.
Ai gets her birthday embroidered on her shoes.

In just about an hour, Ai Takahashi has her very own original shoes!
They have white uppers, red and mustard yellow Onitsuka Tiger stripes, and navy blue laces, for a cute, refined look.
“I think I’m going to really like these!”
