Q1.What items are eligible for return?

A1.Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order's delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original labels attached.

Q2.What fees apply for returns?

A2.The handling fees for returns depend on the reason. Please refer to the following:

  1. Defective Item:
    You will receive a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
    Please return the item using the shipping label issued by us.
  2. Customer-initiated Returns (e.g., item not as expected, incorrect size, accidental order):
    The original shipping fee cannot be refunded.
    The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Q3.I received a faulty item. How can I return it?

A3.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty item. To help us address this with our shipping partner, please provide photos of the faulty item. Contact our customer service team with the photos and your order number. Once we receive the photos and confirm the issue, we will start the return and refund process.

Q4.An item(s) is missing from my order.

A4.We are sorry for the inconvenience of missing items from your order. Please let us know which products are missing and include a photo of the delivery package. This will help us conduct a detailed investigation.

Q5.How long does the refund process take?

A5.For returned items, it can take up to 21 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. The process includes:

  • Shipping time for the item to return to our warehouse
  • Processing and inspection for refund approval
  • Approval by the finance department to issue the refund
After the finance department processes the refund, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you haven't received your refund within 21 business days, please provide the tracking number of your returned package so we can investigate further.
