We have updated our Privacy Policy. These changes will apply as of 1st August 2024.
We made these changes because ASICS implemented a new customer marketing platform. The key updates to the Privacy Policy include:
・Clarification of when we rely on our legitimate interest to process your personal data. This includes a new section on "Personalized experience" (see "HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA")
・Clarification on when we rely on your consent to process your personal data, which now includes additional examples such as to process electronic identification data (see "HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA")
・Additional information regarding data retention to clarify our internal policies (see "DATA RETENTION").
