SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Our delivery service is available for Hong Kong and Macau.

• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

• Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing, prior to shipping, depending on carrier cut-off times.

• Delivery time of outlying islands would need 2 more business days, the list of outlying islands (such as Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, etc.)

• Please be aware that scheduled delivery is not available. Same day shipping is not guaranteed on any order.

• Delivery services might be affected during sales and promotional periods.

• If you fail to collect your order within 7 days of your collection date, your order will be returned to us and will no longer be available for collection. We will automatically refund the original purchase price of your order while delivery fee would not be returned.

CARRIER INFORMATION

Orders will be delivered by SF Express.

REMINDER FOR SELF-PICKUP SERVICE

If you choose the SF Express self-pickup option, please ensure that you provide a valid Hong Kong or Macau mobile number. You will need to log in to the SFHK App (SF-EXPRESS) with this number to receive your pickup notification and code. The code is required to collect your parcel at the designated location.

Kindly note that Onitsuka Tiger Hong Kong Customer Service is unable to retrieve or provide the pickup code on your behalf. Should you require assistance, we recommend contacting SF Express directly.

SHIPPING FEE

• FREE shipping on all orders over HK$600 (applicable to standard delivery only)

• HK$40 delivery fee will be charged for orders below HK$600

• If the address is a pier, airport, logistics company/ center/ warehouse, HKCEC, AsiaWorld-Expo etc, the service surcharge will be charged HK$300/ MOP$300.

*The recipient is responsible for any additional shipping fee requested by SF Express due to the following reasons including but not limited to the remote areas, incorrect / inadequate delivery information submitted at the time of purchase (including the phone number and address), any delay to retrieve the parcel as requested by SF Express, or areas that require special warehousing. Please note that delivery is subject to delay in such cases.

CANCELING AND MODIFYING ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Overseas shipping is not available. We only provide the delivery service to Hong Kong and Macau currently.
