The LIMBER™ model is one of the most iconic shoes from the 1960's archive, as it was a prototype training shoe for the brand and was used as a multi-purpose athletic shoe. Since the first LIMBER™ shoe debuted in 1960, this shoe has been updated regularly and is the 1966's updated type. The 1966's was one of the first shoes to boast the Onitsuka Tiger Stripe (Mexico Stripes) that became a design base for the current Onitsuka Tiger's icon MEXICO 66™ model. The rubber sponge outer sole features the original herringbone pattern from 1966's model. For updated cushioning and comfortability, the socklining is equipped with the 6mm thickness αGEL that is adopted for the first time on the shoes.
