2.Seal the package well and stick the prepaid return label (with the barcode) on the outside.
3. Take your return package to your nearest UPS drop off point. You can also call UPS to schedule a collection. Please note that your return-package can only be dropped off at a UPS point.
4. After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed and your refund is being issued - this can take another 3-5 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, and the amount will include the cost of the product and any VAT.

You can return your online order for 30 days from the date you receive it, provided the goods are in their original condition. Please make sure that:
• All tags/labels are still attached to the product
• The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• The product is in its original packaging
• The return package is dropped off at a UPS drop off point (other locations will not be accepted)

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to exchange goods bought on onitsukatiger.com (including for different sizes or colors). You will need to return the item, receive a refund and place a new order for a different size or color.
