We will comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in connection with all of our products at all times.
Under the ACL for an Online Purchase:
(a) if the ASICS product has a minor fault, we have the discretion to repair or replace the product or refund your payment;
(b) if the ASICS product has a major fault, you have the discretion to request us to replace the product or refund your payment or should you wish to keep the product we can discuss and agree on a partial refund;
(c) if you have changed your mind or simply ordered the wrong size and the product otherwise accords with your Order then we at ASICS have the discretion to decline your request or exchange the product or offer a credit note.
ASICS will not accept the return of products that are damaged by normal wear and tear or damaged due to misuse, alteration to the product or by your negligence. ASICS limits its liability as set out in our Terms of Sale (Online).
ASICS products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow our policies and procedures. We reserve the right to reject any claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
