Please note that we will be moving our warehouse from Sunday 22/09/2019 - Monday 30/09/2019 and there may be delays in receiving your order.

Orders containing Clothing and/or Accessories placed from 5:00pm AEST Sunday 22/9 to Monday 30/9 will be shipped on Tuesday 1/10.

Orders containing Footwear ONLY placed from 5:00pm AEST Sunday 22/9 will be shipped as per usual until 12:00pm Wednesday 25/9.

If your order contains BOTH Clothing and/or Accessories and Footwear, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid delays in receiving your items.

All online orders orders placed from 5:00pm AEST Wednesday 25/9 to Monday 30/9 will be shipped on Tuesday 1/10.

ASICS ships Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. We deliver to mainland Australia and Tasmania and are excited to offer FREE* shipping to these regions.

Completed orders placed on weekdays before 12:00pm local Sydney time will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm local Sydney time will ship the next business day.

Once dispatched, we aim to deliver your order within 2 - 5 business days. Regional areas may take longer.

CARRIER INFORMATION & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Our carrier, Auspost, does not deliver to the following locations:

  • Parcel Lockers
  • Locked Bags
  • GPO Boxes
  • Airports
  • Prisons

Accordingly, any orders nominating these locations as the shipping address will be rejected and the products not sent or delivered. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver products to any locations.

If your order is being delivered to a Hospital please ensure the suite number, level/floor and/or ward location is included in the first delivery address line.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery or authorised to be left in a safe place. If you are not at the nominated address when your order is delivered, Auspost will leave a calling card at your nominated address and goods will be delivered to your local Australia Post office.

 

BILLING & CREDIT CARD DETAILS

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.

Upon placing your order, your credit card may show that your purchase is pending prior to shipping. If for any reason the credit card transaction for your order does not proceed then any temporary authorisations placed on your card should expire or become void in 5-7 business days. 

 

CANCELLING & MODIFYING ORDERS

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please go to our returns information page or contact our customer service team at aop.retailonline@asics.com

 

INTERNATIONAL BILLING & SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to the Torres Strait Islands or Christmas Island.

We only accept payment from credit cards and accounts issued within Australia. If you have placed an online order with an overseas card, your order will be rejected.
