Click & Collect allows you to order items on ASICS.COM and pick them up for free at your local ASICS store. Click & Collect is listed as a shipping option during the checkout process.
Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation number/email to pick up your order. Your online payment will be processed when your order is ready for pick up.

Please note: This is not a pre-paid label. After printing your packing slip you will need to purchase a shipping label from a shipping provider eg. Australia Post. Please include your packing slip within your parcel to avoid any processing delays. If you don't have access to a printer, please include the RMA number, order number, full name and email address on the parcel and on a piece of paper inside the parcel.
Click & Collect orders will be held for fourteen (14) calendar days. If your order isn’t picked up within fourteen (14) calendar days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a ready for pick up email.
Sorry, but you cannot change your pickup store. You must pick up your order at the ASICS store you originally selected. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store you selected, contact our customer service team here.
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return, please see to our returns policy or contact customer service here.
A Click & Collect order can only be picked up by the person listed on the order.
Once the store has confirmed your order is ready for pickup; you will receive your receipt (tax invoice) via email.
