At ASICS we stand behind our products and are happy to assist you if you have any issues with the quality or performance of our gear.

ASICS provides a product warranty (which applies to new products, before use), on any manufacturing issue with our footwear, apparel and accessories from the date of purchase that were purchased from ASICS or an ASICS authorised retailer. At ASICS, we understand that sometimes these issues take time to present themselves, which is why we use the guidance of 6 months as a point of reference for a reasonable time for any such fault to present itself. ASICS warranty program does not cover any issue due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
