WHEN YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM

If you are a member of OneASICS:

• OneASICS members have a 90-day trial on all footwear and apparel purchases made on asics.com/gb, asicstiger.com/gb, or onitsukatiger.com/gb.

• If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return footwear or apparel with or without original tags.

• To sign-up for OneASICS, create your free account here (ASICS, ASICS Tiger, Onitsuka Tiger).

If you are not a member of OneASICS or if you are returning accessories:

• All purchases in asics.com/gb have a 60-day trial on all footwear and apparel

• If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return footwear or apparel with or without original tags.

• All purchases in asicstiger.com/gb or onitsukatiger.com/gb have a 30 days return policy. For these websites ( asicstiger.com/gb & onitsukatiger.com/gb) please make sure that :

1. All tags are still attached

2. The product is unworn, unwashed and unaltered

3. It' s in its original packaging

For all returns:

• You can use our FREE return service for all your returns.

• Please make sure you include the return label and indicate the reason for the product return on the return form.

• Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded.

• Only online orders purchased on asics.com/gb , asicstiger.com/gb, and onitsukatiger.com/gb can be returned via this process. All in-store purchases should be returned in store.

• We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS

1. Find the return label included with your order.

2. Follow the instuctions on how to fill in the return form.

3. Attach the return label and drop it off at your local UPS Drop-off point. If you are unsure of your nearest Drop-off location, please visit https://www.ups.com/dropoff

4. Once we receive the item (this can take up to 10 working days) and have verified it, we’ll process the refund within 5 working days. We'll process the refund to the payment method used on the original purchase and the amount will include the cost of the product and any tax applied. It is our goal to process this within the above mentioned times, however, return times are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers' local bank holidays.

IF YOU BOUGHT A PRODUCT OUTSIDE OF THE UK

We can only accept products for return if they were bought in the UK. If you made your purchase in another country, you’ll need to return them to the country where you bought them.

EXCHANGES

We currently don’t accept exchanges through asics.com/gb. We only refund orders proving they meet our return criteria (explained above).
